Dr. Lee Hall

Honea Path – Lee Ellis Hall, M.D., Ed. D., 62, husband of Ellen Monts Hall of 107 Hillcrest Circle, died Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Emory University Hospital Midtown in Atlanta.

 

Born in Portsmouth, VA, he was the son of the late Clyde Hall and Ruth Amiss Parsons, and a step-son of the late Earl Parsons. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Dr. Hall worked for both The Bariatric Clinic, and Anderson Emergency Association. Previously, he was a professor at Erskine College from 1989 to 1994. He served in the United States Navy during Vietnam, as part of a search and rescue squad. He graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1998.

Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are two sons: Lloyd Elliott Hall and wife Christine of Mauldin, and Lee Everett Hall of Honea Path, and one daughter: Elizabeth Ruth Hall of Charlotte, NC.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, June 22 at Trinity United Methodist Church with Rev. Gayle Summey officiating. Burial will follow at Eastview Cemetery.
