Honea Path – Donnie Joe Lollis, 43, of 293 Charles Burton Rd died Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Rainey Hospice House.
Born in Anderson County, he was a son of Elizabeth “Emmie” Louise Campbell Lollis and the late Alford Monroe Lollis, Jr. He was of the Church of God faith and was formerly employed as a painter. He loved to hunt and fish, was an avid Gamecock fan, and loved his nephews, Bo and Nick.
Surviving in addition to his mother of Greenwood are: three sisters, Patricia Hinton, Sandra Fuller and husband Calvin, and Theresa Calvert, all of Honea Path. He was predeceased by a brother, Doug Eugene Lollis and a sister, Retha Hunton.
Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, September 19, 2014 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Justin Phillips officiating.
The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends immediately following the service.
