Danny Horne
Ware Shoals – Danny William Horne, 68 of 3604 Poplar Springs Road died Tuesday at his home.
He was born in Greenwood County, a son of the late William Jasper and Sara Louise Satterfield Horne. He served in the National Guard twenty one years and was employed as a machinist at Jarvis and Goodrich. He was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving are three sons: Scott Horne and wife Dana , Ware Shoals, Jeff Horne, Ware Shoals and Jason Horne and wife, Missy , West Columbia; one daughter, Jennifer Ross and husband Gene , Ware Shoals; one brother, David Horne and wife Darlene, West Columbia., also nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 3 pm at Poplar Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Bruce Ostrom officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
