Honea Path – Brenda Maxwell Phillips, 57, wife of Danny Ray Phillips, of 109 Central Ave., died Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at AnMed Health Center.
Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Olin G and Hazel McConnell Maxwell. She was a member of Chiquola Baptist Church. A graduate of Anderson Univeristy, she was retired after 30 years from The Commercial Bank.
Surviving are her husband of the home, two sons, Daniel Phillips of the home and Drew Phillips of Charleston. She was pre-deceased by a sister, Susan Maxwell Wentzky.
Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Friday at Chiquola Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Powell officiating. Burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery.
