Born in Honea Path, she was the daughter of the late Josh T. and Bertie Smith Ashley. She was a member of Honea Path Church of God and a loving mother and grandmother. She was retired from Honea Path Shirt Makers.
Surviving are: two sons, Roger Dale Lollis and wife Marcia of Honea Path and Harry J. Lollis and wife Debbie of Anderson; two grandchildren, Kevin and Josh Lollis and two great-grandchildren, Justin and Jacob Lollis. She was predeceased by four brothers, Sloan Ashley, Edgar “Doc” Ashley, Kimsey “Wart” Ashley and Wylie Ashley; seven sisters, Gertrude Branyon, Dempsey Young, Gladys Cooley, Fannie “Bunt” Webb, Ruth Richey, Muriel “Sis” McClain and Lottie Ashley.
Funeral Services will be held at 3PM Sunday at Honea Path Church of God with Rev. Eric Shuler, Rev. Charlie Driggers and Rev. Boyd King officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Saturday at Pruitt Funeral Home.
