Born in Belton, he was a son of Dorothy ‘Dot’ Adams Brock and the late Dennis Marvin “A.C.” Brock Sr. He was a member of HoneaPathPentecostalHolinessChurch, and was retired from Ray Walker Trucking, where he worked as a driver. He was an avid bluegrass fan.
In addition to his wife and his mother, Mr. Brock is survived by two sons: John Lee (Felicia) of Anderson and Joe Lee (Nichole) of Charleston; two daughters: Jennifer Lee Crowe (Shane) of Anderson and Angel Hughes of Honea Path; two brothers: Dennis M. Brock, Jr. (Sharon) of Clarksville, In. and Ronnie D. Brock (Tammy) of Belton; eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, April 30 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Shane Elrod and Rev. Paul Cooper officiating. Burial will follow at EastviewCemetery.
The family is at the home of his mother, 202 Orr St., and will received friends from 1-3 PM Thursday, prior to the service at Pruitt Funeral Home. Messages of condolence may be left for the family at www.ParkerWhitePruitt.com.
