She was the daughter of the late Gary B. Plake and LaDell Burroughs Plake Allen. She is also survived by her brother, Gary Barker Plake of Hodges.
Annette was fortunate to have many wonderful people in her life that she looked up to and loved dearly. Her late grandparents, Wilbur and Dorris Burroughs were an influence to the wonderful woman that she was. Larry and Evelyn Batson, her father and mother-in-law provided her with support and encouragement.
Annette requested a small family service. A Celebration of Life and Balloon Release will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday, August 2, 2015 at Ware Shoals High School. Please do not send flowers.
