Sara “Phedonia” Traynham

Honea Path – Sara Phedonia Traynham, 91, formerly of 95 Princeton Highway, died Sunday, May 02, 2010 at Ellenburg Nursing Center.

Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late William West and Eurolene Kirby Traynham. She was a member of Columbia Baptist Church and was retired from Riegel Textile Co.

She was the last member of her immediate family. She is survived by several nieces and nephews She was pre-deceased by two brothers, Alton Traynham and Cullen Traynham.

Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Tuesday at Columbia Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church Cemetery.

The body is at Pruitt Funeral Home and will be placed in the church at 2 PM Tuesday. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 PM at the Church prior to the service. Online condolences may be made at www.parkerwhitepruitt.com
