Born in Greenwood she was a daughter of the late Louis Walter and Lizzy Weeks Smith.

She is survived by two sons, Walter Buff (Tonya) of Ware Shoals and Charles Buff (Virginia) of Greenwood, nine grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and both husbands, she was predeceased by two daughters, Carolyn Madden and Lois Beasley, five brothers, Arthur, Tom, Ralph, Leroy and Walter Smith, five sisters, Virginia Harvley, Evelene Smith, Helen Jernigan, Elen Worthington and Ruby Schultz.

Funeral services will be held Thursday May 17,2018 at 1PM  at Parker White Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Mabry and Rev. Greg Nix officiating.
