Born in Charleston, he was a son of the late Ralph L and Dorothy Sylvia Baker Brandon.

Surviving are two sisters, Rebecca King (Wes) of Taylors and Katherine Warren (Edward) of Beaufort, two nephews and three nieces. He was pre-deceased by a nephew.

Graveside Services will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the Garden of Memories with Rev. Wesley Taylor officiating.
