Gail F. Holley

Ware Shoals – Gail F.  Holley, 76, widow of Tommy Holley, died Monday September 10, 2018 at Hospicecare of the Piedmont.

Born in Soperton, Ga. she was a daughter of the late Johnnie and Jessie Williams Fennelle. She was a member of the Ware Shoals United Methodist Church and was retired medical transcriptionist.

Surviving are a son, Chris Holley (Tammy) of Nichols, SC, three daughters, Tammy Cox (Eric) of Ware Shoals, Laura Pulley of Ware Shoals, and J.J. Holley Roper (Tee) of Greenville, one sister, Faye Holley,  six grandchildren, Elizabeth Holley, Jason Cox (Brittany), B.J. Pulley (Katie), Welsey Pulley (Briony), Holley Roper, and Truman Roper, nine great-grandchildren, Carson and Jennings Cox, Ella, Lake, and Hank Pulley, Aiden, Lilah, Bella, and Timmie Pulley, two aunts, Tossie McKenzie and Nelma Cowan, a special niece, Wendy Major and a special cousin, Lisa Cowan. She was predeceased by two sisters, Opal F. Morris and Regis F. Coker.

Memorial Services will be held at 3 P.M. on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at Ware Shoals United Methodist Church with Rev. Bill Rogers, Rev. Gayle Summey, and Rev. Tina Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Oakbrook Memorial Park.

The family is at the home and will receive friends from 2 to 3 P.M. on Sunday at Ware Shoals United Methodist Church prior to the service.
