Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late Bruce and Laura Reynolds Henderson. He was retired from Owens-Corning and was a veteran of the US Navy, having served during the Korean Conflict.

Surviving are: three nieces, April Nicholson of Hartwell GA, Kim Clem of Dublin GA, and Sheri Ensley of Cummings GA; a nephew, John Clem of Dublin GA, and a sister-in-law, Sybil Clem of Hartwell, GA.

Inurnment will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, December 7th  M.J. “Dolly” Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
