Ken McCall

Waterloo – Kenneth Levern McCall, 82, husband of Elizabeth “Lib” Owen McCall, of Arnold Lane died Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at his home.

Born in Easley, he was a son of the late Guffie Mac and Lillian Davis McCall. He was a member of Bethlehem Union Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served on the USS Wallace Lind during the Korean War. He was retired after 30 years from Solutia of Greenwood.

Surviving are his wife of the home, two daughters, Michelle Lothridge of Ware Shoals and Cindy Byrd of McCormick, two sons, Marty McCall (Nancy) of Ninety-Six and Scott Weeks (Ramona) of Belton, a sister, Ruth Stewart of Anderson, eight grandchildren, Kensley Lothridge, Dalton Lothridge, Justin Byrd, Landon Byrd, Kasey Burch, Grayson McCall, Payton Weeks, and Caleb Weeks, and four great-grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by a son, Tim McCall, two brothers, Charles and Jake McCall, and a sister Gladys Thomas.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Friday, January 4, 2019 at Parker-White Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Wooten and Mr. Jessie Lee Weathers officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

The family is at the home of a daughter, Michelle Lothridge, 145 Lothridge Road, Ware Shoals and will receive friends from 12:30 to 2 P.M. at Parker-White Funeral Home, Ware Shoals, prior to the service.
