Born in Greenwood County, he was a son of Wallace Gerald Horne, Sr. and Brenda Diane Rogers, he was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church and worked at his longtime passion as a plumber. He was also an avid race fan.

Surviving in addition to his parents, are two daughters, Angel Cheyenne Horne of McCormick and Alliyah Emma Horne of Greenwood; two brothers, Jonathan Shane Horne of Abbeville and Billy Eugene Cantrell of Greenwood and one sister, Christina Horne Cobb of Greenwood. 

He was predeceased by maternal grandparents, Inez Hitt Powers and Charles Rogers, and paternal grandmother, Mattie Horne.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Saturday at Lakeview Baptist Church with Rev. Eric Hill officiating.  The family will receive friends from 3 – 8 pm Friday at his father’s home at 111 Hitt Street, Greenwood, SC
