Born in Norristown PA, he was a son of the late John and Ann Salamone Frisco. He was of the Catholic faith and a veteran of the US Army, having served during the Vietnam War. Mr. Frisco was retired from Agere Systems in Orlando FL. He was Union President of the IBEW Local #2000 in Florida.

Surviving in addition to his loving wife of 52 years of the home are: his son, Brian (Janice) Frisco of Due West; his daughter, Jennifer Frisco of Donalds; two brothers, William (Rosemary) Frisco of St. Cloud FL and John (Sonya) Frisco of New Jersey; and four grandchildren, Gavin Frisco, Michael Frisco, Julia Frisco, and Anna Frisco.
