Born in St. Louis, MO, she was a daughter of the late Richard Elmer Miller and Florence Bernice Anderson Bohn. She was retired from her work in real estate, and most recently worked at Ace Hardware of Honea Path.

Ms. Moxley is survived by her significant other: Fred Douglas Gaillard of Honea Path; her daughter Meranda Lynn Durham and husband Thomas Brandon Durham of Summerville; a brother: Richard Michael Miller of Cheyenne WY; two sisters: Carol Ann Barrios of Afftons, MO and Marilyn Jean Brandon of Colorado; and five grandchildren: Brandon Michael Durham, Andrew Grant Durham, Nathaniel Isaac Durham, Edward Landon Durham, and Megan Katherine Charity.
