Born in Anderson, she was a daughter of the late Robert David and Willie Mae Davis Garrett. She was a member of Chiquola Baptist Church, and worked as an office nurse.

Surviving are a son, Benji Cobb (Casey) of Belton, a daughter Rebecca Ginn (Jaret) of Belton, a sister, Sandra Meade (Roger) of Fountain Inn, and five grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a brother, Robert Terry Garrett.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at 2 PM at Garden of Memories, Belton with Rev. Rickey Knight officiating.
