Born in Abbeville County, he was the son of the late Otis Wallace and Lillie Mae Davis Brock. He was retired as Town of Honea Path Water and Sanitation Supervisor and more recently, the recycling center. He was a member of the Donalds Church of God. He was twice married, first to the late Sarah Frances Clamp Brock.

Surviving are his daughters; Elaine Vaughn of Belton, Bessie Darby of Donalds, Ann Laporte of Honea Path and Wilma Brock of the home. Sons, Lee Brock of Spartanburg and Travis Brock of Honea Path. Stepdaughters; Frances Brock of the home and Wanda Lou Hamby of Piedmont. Only surviving sibling, a loving Sister, Rachel Brock McCoy. one grandson, Evan Brock.

He was predeceased by his parents, his brother, Luther “Shine” Brock, Sisters; Bessie Richey, Wilma Vaughn and Louise Lollis.

Funeral Services will be 11 am Wednesday, June 23, at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. James Ray Lollis. Burial will follow at Eastview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. The family is at the home of his daughter, Ann Laporte, 104 Arkansas St, Honea Path.
