Born in Duessedorf Germany, she was a daughter of the late Emil Robert and Anna Else Gerber Meyer. Mrs. Meyer was of the Methodist faith and had owned and operated a Daycare Center.

Surviving are: two sons, Cliff Davis of Honea Path and William Tracy (Kathy) Meyer, III of Elkridge MD; her sister, Marlis Klappert of Neuwied Germany; and four grandchildren, Nicole Davis (Robin), Lauren Davis (Parker), Allyson Meyer and Ryan Meyer.

Mrs. Meyer was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a daughter-in-law, Patty Davis.

Memorial services will be held at 5 P.M. Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Megan Boatwright officiating.

The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends from 4-5 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.
