Junior Fields

Belton – Cecil Junior Fields, 63, widower of Carolyn Leigh McCullough Williams, of Wright School Road, died Friday, April 8, 2022 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

 

Born in Anderson, he was a son of the late Cecil Haynie Fields and the late Evelyn Eugenia Hill Fields Herring. He attended Savannah Pentecostal Fire Baptized Holiness Church in Iva and was a member of Centre Lodge #37 A.F.M. Junior retired from Milliken after 41 years of service.

Surviving are: his loving fiancé, Joyce McClain of the home; three sons, Johnny (Crystal) Fields, Josh (Jodie) Atkins and Scotty (Lisa) Fields; his daughter, Marsha Fields;  his brother, Larry (Teresa) Fields; his sister, Teresa (Mike) Gilmer; seven grandchildren, Elijah Fields, Jackson Fields, Kinsley Callaham, Harmony Atkins, Tiffany Manning, Makala Fields, and Kerragen Fields; two great-grandchildren, Easton-Jaxx Cromer and Tenlee Fields; a special great- nephew, Nolan Fields; and his two fur babies, Pedro and Rose.

Junior was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; his sister, Deborah McCuen; and his step-father, Herman Herring.

Memorial services will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Frankie McClain officiating.

The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends from 1-2 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home prior to the service. Messages of condolence may be made to the family at www.ParkerWhitePruitt.com
