Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of  the late William G. and Vergie Aileen Getsinger Wilson, She was a member of Barkers Creek Baptist Church and was a 1967 graduate of Honea Path High School.

Surviving are: one son, David (Dee) Alley of Belton, two grandchildren, Cassie Alley and Hope Alley Major, two great grandchildren, Jaxon and Wyatt Major, and a sister, Mary Higginbotham of Seneca.

Mrs. Alley was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Robert Edward Alley and a sister, Jean Gossett.

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Friday, April 22, 2022 at Barkers Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Wesley Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Garden of Memories.
