Born in Parr, S.C. , she was a daughter of the late Claude James and Jessie Dickert Shealy. She was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church and was retired from Eaton Electric of Greernwood.

Surviving are a son, David D. Sitton of Laurens, a brother, Leland Shealy (Patricia) of Amelia Island, FL., two grandsons, Brandon Dalton Sitton (Heather) and Joshua Tyler Sitton (Savanah), great grandchildren, Jaxon, Paislee, and Adaline.

She was predeceased by a son, Paul Emory Sitton, a brother, James H. Shealey, and two sisters, Ann Shealey Fincher and Claudia Shelia Schatz.

Graveside services will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, March  19, 2023 at Greenwood Memorial Gardens with Rev. Mario Cotoc officiating.
