Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Beauford Eugene and Blanche Louise Neal Gilmer. She was a member of Belton Pentecostal Holiness Church. Patricia worked as a cosmetologist, and later as a lab tecnician for Becton-Dickenson for 28 1/2 years. She was a graduate of Honea Path High School, and of Limestone College, cum laude.

In addition to her husband of the home, Mrs. Green is survived by her daughter Toni Green Magaha (Scott) of Honea Path, her sister Eugenia Medlock, two grandchildren: Cody Gambrell (Tessa) and Austin Gambrell (Katie), five great-grandchildren: JP, Charlie, Dacen, Maysel and Dutton Gambrell and several nieces and nephews..

She was preceded in death by her daughter Angela "Angi" Joyce Green Gambrell, her brother Ronnie Beauford Eugene Gilmer and her sister Nina Dale Knight.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 on Saturday, June 14 2025 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Goff and Rev. Sherrill Green officiating. Burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery.
