Born in Belton, she was a daughter of the late Hoke Smith and Murriel Dorn Jones. She was a member of Hodges Church of God. She was retired from Riegel Textile Co.

Surviving are a son, Jimmy Boggs (Sandra) of Donalds, two daughters, Sandra Anderson (Johnny) of Ware Shoals and Ann Smith (Ron) of Belton, two brothers, Ernest Jones of Anderson and Paul Jones of Newberry, a sister, Linda Dunn of Norfolk, VA, six grandchildren, Tyler Boggs (Mackenzie), Seth Boggs, Richard Anderson, James Anderson, Ryne Cooley (Laura), and Kristi Smith, thirteen great-grandchildren, Emerson, Karsyn, Stetson, Carter, Madysen, Bridget, Kayleigh, Kyndall, Parker, Emmie, Savanna, Bryce, Wilder, and five great-great grandchildren, Shane(Jr.), Autumn, Easton, Weston, and Matthew.

She was pre-deceased by her parents, her husband, two brothers, Chris and Thurmond Jones, and two sisters, Betty Ruth Bundrick and Dora Miles.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Greenwood Memorial Gardens Chapel Mausoleum with Bishop Ray Boggs officiating.
