Born in Abbeville County, he was a son of the late Henry Alvin and Helen Evelyn Allen Hill. He attended Bethany World Outreach Church in Honea Path. He was the former owner and operator of Emerald Paint and Wallpaper in Greenwood.

Surviving are: two sons, Ronald Allan Hill, Jr., of Honea Path and Jeffrey Aaron Hill of Belton; two daughters, Tammy Rena Bradberry of Abbeville and April Dawn King of Williamston; a sister, Shirley Surrett of Abbeville; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; special nieces and caregivers, Rhonda Gibson of Greenwood and Teresa Gilmer of Honea Path; thirteen nieces and nephews.

Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Marion Alvin Hill; and three sisters, Evelyn Fields Herring, Joyce Brown, and Margie Jeanette Flowers.

Graveside services will be held at 1 P.M. Saturday March 14, 2026 at Eastview Cemetery with Rev. Rickey Knight officiating.
