LAYNE PUCKETT

Neal Layne Puckett, 69, formerly of Ware Shoals died Wednesday at White Oak Manor in Columbia. He was born in Greenville County, a son of the late Howard Layne and Helen Barton Puckett. He was a member of Kings Chapel United Methodist Church

Surviving are: a brother, Howard McMahan “Mac” Puckett and wife, Laura, of Leesville, a niece, Heather Black, Lexington, a nephew, Howard “Mac” Puckett, Jr., Henderson, Nevada, great niece, MacKenzie Puckett, Henderson, Nevada and great nephew, William Puckett, Henderson , Nevada

Graveside services will be conducted Sunday at 2 pm at Kings Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Marcus Bishop officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
