Annie Campbell

Belton – Annie Pearl Crocker Campbell, 81, wife of James “Jim” H. Campbell, of 117 Night Hawk Rd, died Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at her home.

Born in Hart County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Ira and Vesta Risner Crocker. She was a homemaker and member of Jones Chapel Church of God of Prophecy, where she served as clerk and treasurer for 55 years and was a member of the Senior Ladies Sunday School class.

Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are: three sons, Dean (Kay) Campbell of Belton, Jimmy (Marilyn) Campbell of Honea Path, and Stanley (Gerrie) Campbell of Anderson, a daughter, Juanita (Garry) Thompson of Belton, a brother, C.J. (Daisy) Crocker of Belton, seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and special family member and caregiver, Alicia Thompson.  She was predeceased by a brother, Asa Crocker.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2014 at Jones Chapel Church of God of Prophecy with Rev. E. Howard Steen and Rev. Keith Crocker officiating. Burial will follow in Mt Bethel Baptist Church cemetery.
