Mrs. Anzo Boggs

Ware Shoals – Mrs. Anzo Netta Crawford Boggs, 89, widow of Olin C. Boggs, died Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Ellenburg Nursing Center in Anderson.

Born in Laurens County she was a daughter of the late Thomas A. and Florence Eugenia Davenport Crawford. She was a member of Hodges United Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. She was retired from Riegel Textile Co. She was twice married, first to the late John Alton Traynham.

Surviving are three sons, John Traynham of Anderson and Larry Traynham of Liberty, and Vance Boggs of Hodges, a sister, Betty Jo McConnell of Bessimer City, NC, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild . She was pre-deceased by two brothers, Norman Crawford and Thomas Adge Crawford, and a sister Sue Woods.

Funeral services will be held at 5 PM Friday at Parker-White Funeral Home with Rev. R. T. Bowling, III and Rev. Marcus Bishop officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

Active pallbearers will be Robbie Taylor, Calvin Hannah, Todd Traynham, Jay Traynham, M.D., Scott Boggs, Eggie Walden, Hobie Erickson, and Clyde Blizzard.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 5 PM Friday at Parker-White Funeral Home, prior to the service.
