Elsie Brock
Donalds – Mattie Elsie Whitt Brock, 83, wife of Jerry Brock, of 1867 Hook Road, died Friday, June 17, 2011 at Exalted Health and Rehab.
Born in Oconee County, she was a daughter of the late Charlie Eugene and Sudie Belle Smith Whitt. She was a member of Keowee Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are: one son, Ronnie Brock of Honea Path; one daughter, Janice Phillips and husband Dale of Honea Path; a granddaughter raised in the home, Shannon Stutler; two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
She was predeceased by four brothers and a sister.
Funeral services will be held Monday, June 20, 2011 at 2PM at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mika Swift officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories.
