Ware Shoals – Gary Wayne Melton, 51, of 14 Balentine Dr., husband of Etta Harris Melton, died October 1 at Hospice House of the Piedmont.
Born in Edmunston, New Brunswick, Canada, he was a son of Bruce Gary and Pierrette Claire L’Italien Melton. He was a veteran of the United States Army where he served in Desert Storm.
Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are two daughters, Alexa Rae and Larissa Belle Melton, one brother, Mark Daniel Melton of Mercersburg, PA and one sister, Jocelyne Melton of Waynesboro, PA. He was predeceased by two sons, Paul and Chris Melton and one daughter, Amber Marie Melton.
