Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late Jason and Mary Margaret Whitt Brock. He was a member of Barkers Creek Baptist Church and was retired from Owens Corning Fiber Glass of Anderson after 36 years.
Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are: one son, Bobby Brock, Jr. of Belton; one brother, Jimmy Brock of Honea Path; two sisters, Frankie Garrett of Belton; Doris Abrahams of Honea Path; two grandchildren, Bobby Brock III and Jessica Brock Lollis; and five great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a sister Sybil Gambrell.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Wednesday at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Cooper and Mr. Bobby Adams officiating. Burial to follow in the Garden of Memories.
