Betty Lagrone

Ware Shoals – Elizabeth Louise Long Lagrone 74, wife of Robert Lagrone of 802 Buddy Knight Road, died Sunday May 13, 2012 at Hospice of the Piedmont.

Born in Abbeville GA, she was a daughter of the late Heber Oliver and Flora Ellen Smith Long. She was a member of Harmony United Methodist Church and retired from Bank of America.

 Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are, one son, Thomas Richard Whitt, Jr. and wife Wendy of Easley, one step-son, James Lagrone and wife Lisa of Mauldin, one brother, James Oliver Long of Greenville and two grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sisters.

 Graveside Services will be held at 4PM Tuesday May 15, 2012 at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
