Louise L. Cannon

 

Honea Path – Louise L. Gambrell Cannon, 89, widow of Edward Eugene Cannon, of 603 Trussell St., died Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Rainey Hospice House.

 

 

Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Gordon and Nobie Williamson Gambrell. She was a member of Chiquola Baptist Church and retired from Warner-Lambert.

Surviving are: two sons, Eddie Cannon of Honea Path and Gordon Cannon and wife Sabina Heinhorst of MS, one sister, Rachael Hanks, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers, Harold and Devoe Gambrell, and a twin sister, Helen Ashley.

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday, March 12, 2012 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Powell officiating. Burial will follow in Garden of Memories.

The family is at the home and will receive friends 12:30 – 2 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
