Born in Abbeville county, she was a daughter of the late Hunley Campbell and Ethel Hamilton Campbell. She was a  member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Piedmont and was retired from Blair Mills.

Surviving are one son; Hazen Bannister and wife Karon of Honea Path, one daughter; Roxanne Cook of Iva, brother; Charlie Campbell of Ware Shoals, sisters; Dorothy McMahan of Belton and Etheleen Chapman of Piedmont, three grandchildren; Lindsey Bannister, Shane Copeland and Falon Copeland and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by one brother and five sisters.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Tuesday at Keowee Baptist Church with Rev. Leon Porter officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM Tuesday prior to the service at Keowee Baptist Church.
