He is survived by one son: Todd Traynham of Ware Shoals, his companion of 19 years: Patricia Gaines of Ware Shoals, one stepdaughter: Misty Gaines of Greenwood, one sister: Pat Britton and husband Ken of Simpsonville, two brothers: Mike Traynham and wife Karen of Laurens, and Don Traynham and wife Kim of Laurens, four grandchildren: Shelly Gaines, Andrew Gaines, Anthony Gaines, and Angel Hughes, all of Honea Path, and a special brother and sister-in-law: Earl and Brenda Madden of Ware Shoals. He was predeceased by a stepson, Chris (Burger) Gaines.
