John W. Ballard

Honea Path – John Wesley Ballard, 59, of 1000 Chippendale Drive, husband of Jacquelin Smith Ballard, died Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at his home.

Born in Abbeville County, he was a son of the late James and Katherine Howington Ballard. He was a retired truck driver for the Town of Honea Path.

Surviving are his wife of the home; one son, Shaun Wesley Ballard of Honea Path; two brothers, William Ballard of Honea Path and Joel Ballard of Belton; two sisters, Betty Ann Honea and Faye Bush of Honea Path; and one grandchild, Johnathan Ralph Vermillion of Donalds. He was predeceased by three brothers, Earle, Paul and Billy Joe Ballard.

Graveside Service will be held at 2PM Saturday at Eastview Cemetery with Rev. Andrew Overby officiating. The family will be at the home of his son, 1023 Meaders Lane, Honea Path, SC
