Ware Shoals – JoAnn Bryant Hill, 76 of 152 Burl Hill Road, widow of Andrew “Andy” Simpson Hill died Tuesday, January 07, 2014 at Hospice of the Piedmont in Greenwood.
Born in Laurens county, she was a daughter of the late Robert Jack Bryant and Annie Mae Bryant.
She was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church and had worked at Riegel Textile Corporation and retired from Kemet Manufacturing.
Surviving are one son; Timothy Hill and wife Brenda of Ware Shoals, and one daughter; Lisa Hill, sister-in-law; Dorothy Bryant Mattison and granddaughter; Andrea Cala Ponder. She was predeceased by her brother; Thomas Lee Bryant.
Graveside services will be 3 PM Thursday at Greenwood Memorial Gardens with Rev. Tommy Cartledge officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1-2:30 PM Thursday at Parker-White Funeral Home. The family is at the home of her son; 284 Burl Hill Road.
