Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Lewis Murphy and Jessie Lee Bayne Medlock.  She was a member of Princeton Baptist Church and was retired from West Point Stevens of Clemson.

Surviving are a son, Ricky Dale Fleming of Honea Path; two daughters, Glenda Lee Blocker and Sherry Darleen Sanderson, both of Honea Path; a brother, Lewis Murphy Medlock of Belton; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Friday at Princeton Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Loner officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
