Honea Path – James Wesley Tripp, 66, of 7-B Louisiana St., died Sunday, February 16, 2014 at his home.
Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late John Jasper and Margie Smith Tripp. He was a member of Bethany World Outreach Church, and worked as a corregator operator for Dixie Container.
Surviving are one son: Charles Alan Tripp of the home; one daughter, April Michelle Goad and husband Robert of Kingsport, TN; one brother: Johnny Alan Tripp of Anderson, and five grandchildren: Tyler Tripp, Austin Tripp, Robert Goad II, Anthony Goad, and David Goad.
Services will be private. The family is at the home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the James Tripp fund, care of Pruitt Funeral Home, P.O. Box 266, Honea Path, SC 29654.
