Born in Abbeville, she was a daughter of the late John A.W. and Betty Jean Davis Brock. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was formerly employed by Glen Raven Mills of Anderson.
Surviving are a son, Joshua Thomas Haynes of Spartanburg, two daughters, Betty Simmons of Honea Path and Nichole Brown of Iva, a brother, Andy Brock, and a sister Laura Shaw, and six grandchildren.
