Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Ernest Quinton and Lillie Ashley Pearman. She was a faithful member of Mt. Bethel Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School for many years, and was retired from the Honea Path Shirt Plant, where she worked in the cutting department.
Mrs. Moore leaves behind three grandchildren: Scott Moore of Belton, Ernie Moore of Iva, and Jon Moore of Belton; three great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son: Michael Pearman Moore; two brothers: Odis A. Pearman and David Hiott Pearman; and two sisters: Addie Shirley and Nina Moore.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, November 12, at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeremy Collums officiating. Private burial will follow.
The family is at the home, and will receive friends from 1-3 PM Thursday, prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mt.
