Born in Honea Path, she was a daughter of the late James Reid and Kathleen Paige Hall. She was a member of Broadmouth Baptist Church, and worked in textiles for Chiquola Mills. Mrs. Davis was also a member of The Order of the Eastern Star Belton Chapter 105, The Order of the Amaranth, Monagan’s-Poinsettia #17, and the Ladies’ Oriental Shrine of North America, Crescent Court # 106.
In addition to her husband of the home, she is survived by one daughter: Jean Davis McCall of Honea Path; two sisters: Ann Bond of Anderson and Betty Johnson of Honea Path; two grandsons: Michael McCall, Jr. and wife Meredith of Honea Path, and James William McCall of Honea Path; and one great-grandson: Cameron James McCall.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at Broadmouth Baptist Church with Rev. Justin Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
