Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of Orrie Kelley and the late Harold Burgess. She attended Austin Road Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her mother of Belton are: three sons, Jason Burgess of Belton, Gregory Mauldin and Kendall Mauldin, both of Greenville, her daughter, Orrie Mauldin of the home, her brother, Tommy Burgess of MD, her sister Jimmie Johnson of Fountain Inn, and four grandchildren, Trey Coleman, Jessica Coleman, Cassidy Mauldin, and Macey Mauldin.
Memorial services will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday, October 10,2017 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel, Honea Path with Rev. Billy Slatten officiating.
