Born in Florida, she was a daughter of Vera Garbett Lyles and the late James Haskell Lyles.
Surviving in addition to her mother of Craytonville are: her son, Elpaso James Orsini of Honea Path, a brother, Larry Lyles of Honea Path, two sisters, Valerie Toss of Craytonville, and Tammy Lyles of Belton, three grandchildren, Kayla Orsini (Dennis Honicutt), Dominic Orsini, and Luke Lacount, and two great-great grandchildren, Wyatt and Lorie Honicutt.
