Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late Robert Lee and Ruby Pitts Culbertson. She was a member of Union Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Sandra Pitts of Laurens, three sisters, Evelina O’Dell of Ware Shoals, Hazel Leonard of Mauldin, and Sibel Crewson of Greenville, two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Greenwood Memorial Gardens with Rev. Rev. Chris Garrison officiating.
