Born in Abbeville County, she was a daughter of the late George D Sr and Leila Turner Thomas. She was a homemaker and a member of West Main St Church of God.
She is survived by one daughter, Stacia May of Greenwood, one brother, James Earl Thomas (Barbara) of Lake Secession and one sister, Doris Wilson of Abbeville and two grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, George D Thomas Jr.
