Milford Bratcher

Belton – James Milford Bratcher, 76, husband of Marian Sue Ashley Bratcher, of Docheno Road, died Monday, June 4, 2018 at his home.

 

Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late Harvey and Lottie Richey Bratcher. He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and retired from Chiquola Manufacturing.

Surviving in addition to his loving wife of 55 years of the home are: his daughter, Renee (Teddy) Bell of Belton; two brothers, Ray (Elaine) Bratcher and Horace (Nancy) Bratcher, both of Belton; two sisters, Lucille (Rudolph) Fisher and Ann Brown, both of Belton; two grandchildren, Trevor Bell and Katelyn Bell; and two great-grandchildren, Melea Bell and Jameson Bell.

He is preceded in death by: his parents; two brothers, Haynie Bratcher and Harvey Bratcher, Jr; and a sister, Lou Bratcher.

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Bethany Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Edmonds and Rev. Keith Crocker officiating. Burial will follow in Garden of Memories.

The family is at the home of his daughter, Renee Bell, 510 Docheno Road, Belton, and will receive friends 6-8 P.M. Wednesday at Pruitt Funeral Home.
