Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late James Paul and Jeanette McGaha Moon. She was employed at Home Tex-Belton.
Surviving are: her son, Roy (Kasey) McClain, Jr. of Honea Path; two daughters, Heather Stewart of Anderson and Jennifer (Jamie) Lollis of Honea Path; three sisters, Libby Poore of Honea Path, Doris (Jerome) Hanley of Belton, and Linda Bailey of Irmo; fifteen grandchildren, Renee McClain, Brynlee Drake, Hailey Lollis, Reagan Lollis, Colton-Seth Ricketts McClain, Branson McClain, Zackary McClain, Izaak McClain, Analeece Whitfield, Brice Whitfield, Blayke Whitfield, Blake Cannon, Austin Cannon, Declan Stewart, and Carter Stewart.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Amanda Renee McClain.
Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Shane Elrod and Rev. Terry Greer officiating. Burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery.
