Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Lucia Hawkins Jones. She was a member of Jones Chapel Church of God of Prophecy and retired from Becton-Dickinson. Faye was a wonderful, loving sister and very supportive member of her church.
Surviving are: a brother, Jerry Dale (Debbie) Jones of Belton; four sisters, Jean Holloway of Honea Path, Jane Long of Iva, Peggy Jones and Linda Cooley, both of Belton: and a brother-in-law, Freddy Rodriguez of Belton.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Jimmy Jones, and three sisters, Etrulia Ownbey, Mary Ann Davis, and Diane Rodriguez, and five brothers-in-law, David Holloway, Junior Davis, Gerald Cooley, James Harper Long, and Leo Ownbey.
Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Jones Chapel Church of God of Prophecy with Rev. E. Howard Steel and Rev. Keith Crocker officiating. Burial will follow at Mt Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family is at the home and will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. Friday evening at Pruitt Funeral Home.
