Born in Greenwood County, she was a daughter of Thelma Ashley Crawford Young and the late Thomas Adger Crawford. She was an active member of Mt. Gallagher Baptist Church where she was a former Sunday School Teacher and Vacation Bible School Volunteer. She was retired from the Burton Center.
Surviving are her husband of the home, her mother of Ware Shoals, two sons, Ronald O’Dell, Jr. (Amy) of Jacksonville, FL and Gregory C. O’Dell (Anna) of Easley, a sister, Rebecca “Becky” Prichard (Paul) of Mt. Pleasant, four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two nephews, and one niece.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Monday, August 27, 2018 at Mt. Gallagher Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Marcus Bishop and Chaplain Ron O’Dell, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
The family is at the home and will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Monday at Mt. Gallagher Baptist Church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Mt.
